David Bowie lanza “nuevo” disco en vivo
Aunque David Bowie se ha mantenido activo en el mundo de la música a través de colaboraciones y actuaciones en vivo, lo cierto es que ya hace varios años que el músico no lanza nada nuevo y todo parece indicar que esto no va a cambiar.
Sin embargo, una carrera tan larga como la suya necesariamente nos dará material con el que entretenernos mientras se decide a regresar al estudio. Este es el caso de su nuevo lanzamiento: Birthday Celebration – Live In NYC 1997, un CD en vivo grabado durante el concierto/fiesta que Bowie armó para celebrar sus 50 años de vida hace algunos ayeres, y en el que contó con numerosos invitados especiales, entre ellos los Foo Fighters, Placebo, Roberth Smith y Fran Black, entre otros.
En su momento el concierto, grabado en el mítico Madison Square Garden de Nueva York, salió al aire por televisión de paga, sin embargo, es ahora, algunos años después, cuando finalmente será editado como disco el próximo 26 de abril. Sin duda un obligado para todos aquellos fans de Bowie o simplemente admiradores de los buenos duetos. El tracklist a continuación:
